All the building’s various uses are stacked on top of each other, stitched together by a vibrant ground floor retail, food and beverage precinct. It really is designed to be a city within a city — somewhere you never need to leave.” Construction will be expertly managed  by Binah, who have built an exceptional reputation in Liverpool over the past two decades. Responsible for buildings such as Liverpool Central and Western Sydney University’s Liverpool campus, Binah is known for the incredibly high standards they maintain, and their commitment to the local community. “We are long-standing locals, and we’re passionate about playing a part in rejuvenating and reactivating the CBD,” say Amen Zoabi and Khalil Hafza, from FYVE and Binah. “There will be no compromise in how we deliver The Liverpool… this is the kind of building Liverpool deserves.”
