I highly recommend rental agents Mia and Jimmy and the property manager Leon of PIA. Their team can quickly respond to the requirements of owners. They have keen insight into the rental market that let my property be leased so quick. Rental management and services are also well. They can make a detailed report for the house before renting and help the owner solve some problems, such as returning keys and collecting mail. In a word, they are a very professional team. I appreciate their service.

Suzanna was amazing! She was very professional and also very warm. No question was too much, she was very polite and quick to respond. I would like to take the chance to express my deep appreciation to my property manager Will Guo, for his wonderful work in magaging my property in Hurstville.

Will started to look after my property from the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, the tenant he got was a tough one, to everyone’s surprise.

Will took the challenge and managed the tenant effectively. When tenant asked to fix this fix that, he always offered a good option to both cater tenant’s requirement, and save owner cost.

When tenant noticed to terminate the contract before the 6 month of contract term, due to personal circumstance change, he tried his best to get new tenant in almost immediately, to minimize owner’s lost, and help tenant to go through the personal hard time.

Will is the most committed and intelligent real estate agent I have been dealing with. I believe your company will be booming if every staff is with the same working standard as Will.

I have dealt with many consultants (Senior Partners, Mortgage Brokers, Property Managers etc) during my time as a customer with PIA but Phillip really is one of the best consultants I have encountered in your company.

I first met Phillip at a Strata meeting where Phillip mediated a difficult interaction between the owners and a Strata Corporation. Phillip was outstanding during this meeting. He handled himself professionally and was able to facilitate the difficult conversations in a constructive way where both sides were heard and given a fair voice.

My next interaction with Phillip was due to some unfortunate situations and we needed help to manage our tenants out of our property. This was a long and stressful process but Phillip was extremely helpful, responsive and compassionate to our needs.

Phillip helped us immensely by being proactive and resourceful. He was able to resolve a complex situation respectfully and really went above and beyond to help us. He worked across different teams in PIA to resolve our problem and represented PIA to the highest standards. If it wasn't for Phillip we would have definitely taken all of our portfolio out of PIA.

I have 2 properties under Bryan's management. Bryan has been looking after these 2 properties for a long time and he always provides high standard services which I appreciate a lot. Recently one of my properties in Castle Hill was damaged by a hail storm in Feb. After being advised of the situation, I took the matter to my insurance company (I manage insurance myself). However it turned out to be a painstaking ordeal since the insurance's assigned assessor provided a report which didn't reflect the actual facts. I took the matter seriously to fight against the company for my right. During this course, Bryan has assisted me in a lot of ways.

Long story short, I ended up having my case endorsed by the insurance company and they agreed to settle my claims. I'd like to say thank you to PIA and Bryan in particular. I am always very sceptical about the so called after sale services boasted by real-estate agencies, especially for off-the-plan purchases. To me, they only have one goal and one goal in mind - get your to sign the contract as fast as they can. To my surprise, Rayne and her team at PIA settlement department did a terrific job at assisting us in basically every aspect of property settlement. There was an instance not long ago that Rayne had to work with a developer to postpone our settlement simply because she deemed the unit was not ready and not in any way close to pass their QA. In another unfortunate instance, we have had an on-going issue with another developer for almost 9 months. ... In my opinion, the settlement team at PIA has demonstrated their capacity and professionalism over the past year. I am happy and feel fortunate to have them standing behind me on very settlement

During our tenancy so far PIA have been excellent. Jimmy was very helpful in the beginning when showing us apartments. In particular Tony has been great. We had an incident recently where my partner had locked herself out and I was away and wouldn't be home that night. Tony went out of his way to ensure a key got to her even though it was quite late in the day. It saved me having to drive back and also relieved my partners anxiety. Tony was understanding of our situation and exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond and super responsive.

From the moment I walked in to inspect the apartment, I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Suzanna. Suzanna is such a lovely person to deal with, she's quick, efficient and very professional from the start of the process till the end. I had been looking at property's for 3 weeks and wasn't happy with anything I saw and the moment I walked in to inspect, Suzanna showed me a few apartments and gave me options, prices and understood my concerns and answered all my questions on the spot. Upon doing the paperwork to finalize everything, I had my 2 year old with me who was, screaming and running around and I was in such a panic as I didn't want to create the wrong impression, Suzanna was so good with my son and even calmed him down and took all my stress away. PIA was amazing to work with, my husband and I were in a rush to find an apartment as our lease was ending and Dennis Tiu helped us to quickly find one and get all the paperwork and lease signed up all in the one day. They are super quick and professional the team there is always easy to work with and good at communication. I would also like to thank Coco who was responsible for the sale of the apartment. She made sure that all open inspections worked out for us without much interruption. She was always mindful of our schedules and took all care and safety measures during inspections. In my opinion, PIA is one of a few agencies that actually cares for its tenants, and this really makes a difference! I highly recommend Michael, Coco and PIA.

Jun was very helpful and understanding; she didn’t mind coming to work on Saturday in order to show us the available units. She was also very cooperative and patient and answered all our inquiries appropriately. The service we received from Jun was exceptional! We could not have asked for a better Realtor to help us find a suitable unit for rent within a short notice.

When I bought the unit that I am currently living in, although he was not in charge of property selling department, he recommended a property for me which was sold by PIA. I am very happy to live in this property and appreciated for his help. From this, I can see that he is a passionate person. PIA has been managing my rental properties since 2012, and I'm pleased with their services. PIA not only helped me source tenants quickly but also handled the property vacate process well. In a recent incident, the tenant caused property damages, and PIA represented me in court. Thanks to my property manager Ivy Cai for keeping track of photo evidence and all the documents, the court settled the case fairly to both parties. I have engaged PIA's property management team for my property management for 4 years. Their financial records are always clear and accurate and they reimburse the rental on time. The property manager team always response very quick and provide me with professional advice. I really appreciated their professional performance during my rental insurance claim, my PM Tony JIAYU Wang attend on-site for several times with great patients and attention to details. The whole process of claiming is smooth and nearly full amount insurance claim did recovery all my damage. I can really put my trust on the PM team of PIA.

George Zhou has been quite patient and helpful during COVID-19 to help me find tenant replacement when I have 2 properties vacant at the same time with me facing enormous amount of stress. Like George’s attitude to try every angle and strategies to minimise income loss in the interest of owner. It turned out the results are quite satisfying and I am quite happy about it. The agent Tony Wang has looked after 2 of my properties at Unit 806 & 807/6 River Road West, Parramatta for years. Can't recommend him enough for his responsive communication and enthusiasm for the property business. Tony is client-centred, he actively listens to my concerns and prioritise my needs. We have communicated back and forth throughout the COVID period, and he has supported my decisions wherever possible. Would definitely consult him for advice when I want to lease another apartment.

PIA has helped managed our property for 12 years now. They are always very responsive and quick to action. When the properties are about to be vacant , they're fast to put the properties up for listing and very active through the whole process. This year in particular our property manager Henry Qiu and his team has been exceptional especially given the difficult times in the rental market with Covid 19. I would like to recommend The Property Investors Alliance to be your management agent and Masy Ma to be your leasing manager for being very responsible and professional.
